The Trailblazer Award is given to a student who has shown commitment to making a difference to the Tulane community, through academics and service. This individual should not only be active in an organization, but also show how all the organizations can work and collaborate in positive change. To exemplify trailblazing is to go down the path less traveled. The recipient of the first Trailblazer Award was presented in the year 2000.
