Living On-Campus

Tulane's Office of Housing and Residence Life is dedicated to providing safe and comfortable living environments for all students who live in the residence halls. The Offices of Housing and Residence Life and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Life are happy to work with you to ensure that your living arrangement meets your needs.

Email the office ( lgbt@tulane.edu ) to be put in touch with current students who can talk to you about their experiences. We may also be able to help you get in contact other queer-friendly students, if you don't find a roommate through the roommate finder!

If you experience a problem with your living situation that you believe is a result of your sexual orientation or gender identity, talk to your Resident Advisor, Area Director or another staff member immediately. You can also report bias related incidents (confidentially, if you choose) by emailing the Office of Multicultural Affairs-Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Life ( lgbt@tulane.edu )
